How It Works

Intake, scan day, reporting, and follow-up built for maintenance teams.

The process is meant to reduce uncertainty for first-time clients and make the inspection-only scope clear from the start.

Inspection Process

01

Initial inquiry: the client shares facility type, location, equipment concerns, and timing.

02

Scope review: OHM'S LAW THERMOGRAPHY, LLC confirms whether the site is a good fit and what equipment should be included.

03

Safety plan: customer site personnel or a qualified electrician handle access and cover removal under the facility safety program.

04

Site inspection: thermal images, visible images, asset context, and load notes are captured during the scheduled visit.

05

Report preparation: images and notes are organized into a clear report with prioritized findings and practical next steps.

06

Follow-up and rescan: the client completes corrective work with its own team or contractor, then requests verification if needed.
